Whether we've been friends for a long time, just met, or haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related.

I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!

I really pride myself on being your BEST resource for buying and selling your home with an investor mindset and using data driven strategies. Whether your a first time home buyer/seller or an experienced investor, if you care about the "numbers," I am your REALTOR.

Things I do every day: Evaluate comparable sales data for EVERY property I consider. "Run the numbers" on potential real estate purchases/sales both personally and with my clients. Model and review various investment and exit strategies for every real estate investment opportunity. Identify opportunities to create equity, house hack, and other ROI strategies. Assess the income potential of fix-and-flip properties I find by identifying and validating the ARV (after renovation value), rehab budget and timeline, etc. All of this is in addition to parenting two young kids! I also understand what it's like to have finite resources and to practice balancing a passion for real estate with my priorities as a newer parent helping my babies become independent, curious, kind little people.

Last but not least, I am here to help you with everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news. If I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Born in NC, I was raised in TX and NY. I lived and worked in NYC, PDX, Tokyo, and Austin as a Operations expert in the tech industry (e-commerce, ed-tech, and more). Needless to say, I enjoy travel, improving processes, setting and achieving goals, and meeting new people! I became a Denver-ite in 2019 after I met Dan, my now husband, in 2018 at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Dan and I bonded over our love of travel, motorcycles, and REAL ESTATE!
It's my belief that real estate is a proven means to BUILD WEALTH. And, I don't just mean "build wealth" as in becoming filthy rich, though I absolutely believe that's possible... I mean "build wealth" as in securing your financial future.
And, I walk the talk: Dan and I own four properties and counting, two of which are income producing. Dan helps me fix and flip a few houses each year, too! I am passionate about real estate and I love everything about being a homeowner, investor, and REALTOR . I'm grateful to offer value to my clients in the way of: Investment strategy, finding properties and opportunities, running the numbers, negotiating and managing transactions, consulting on rental issues, financing solutions, budgeting and designing renovations… you name it.
I am data driven, detail oriented, and empathetic to my clients' unique situations. With my processes, all our efforts are tailored to achieving YOUR goals. When I am not combing the market for investment opportunities, the "right" homes for my clients, or working on renovations, I am raising our two kids, montessori-ing our home to promote their learning and devleopment, baking cookies for our neighbors, practicing yoga, riding motorcycles, exploring the Rockies, skiing, or playing Rumikub with friends!
